Core Art Space

CORE Art Space is a co-op gallery featuring contemporary art and competitive juried open-entry exhibitions four times a year. CORE has a larger exhibition space, which will include a permanent place for members to display affordable art, and their trademark Annex, a rental space set aside for artists seeking a solo or group show alongside the main gallery, including inclusion in regular receptions and free publicity. 

Brynmor Coffee

Brynmor Coffee has a mission to offer a place where community can gather and enjoy something quality and delicious. They are proud to offer products that are either made in-house or that very intentionally support other small businesses and organizations with missions we believe in.

Creativity Lab of Colorado

The Creativity Lab of Colorado is a collection of collaborative capabilities centered around creativity, innovation, and the entrepreneurial spirit. The Lab serves students, start-ups, emerging entrepreneurs, existing businesses, creatives, and community leaders through three focus areas: the Creative Business Incubator, the Community Design Studio, and the Institute for Creative Community Leadership.

Chicano Humanities Art Council

The Chicano Humanities Arts Council is an inclusive community of creatives who endeavor to showcase, preserve, and educate the Rocky Mountain regional arts community through educational outreach, exhibitions, special events, and artistic mentoring about the diverse Latinx, Chicana/o, and other multi-cultural communities who call Colorado home.  

Edge Gallery

EDGE is a contemporary, non-profit, co-op art gallery dedicated to artists outside the domain of commercial art venues. Because of their business model, they have the freedom to pursue more experimental and conceptual modes of expression. Their primary objectives are to celebrate individuality and uniqueness, to encourage our shared vision, and to maintain intensity and integrity in addressing the often contradictory messages occurring in contemporary art.

Flamboyán Theatre

Flamboyán seeks to make Lakewood a home for Boricua storytelling that crosses genres and multimedia platforms and pushes artists to tell stories that defy expectations, taking risks in terms of style and themes and creating new narratives. Their home at The Three Leaches Theater hosts an art gallery, lounge, and 70-seat black box theatre that they envision as a home to the Denver Metro area’s diverse communities and a hub for cultural celebration and exchange.

Glazed Ceramics Studio

Glazed is a ceramics studio that works to diversify the communities it serves. With open studio times and a versatile learning agenda, Glazed can teach you the skills to get there. They welcome all levels of potters and offer 6-week classes as well as one-night workshops. Memberships are open to experienced potters, and they host private classes for you and your friends.

Kanon Collective

Kanon Collective is an artist-owned and operated gallery located in The Hub at 40 West Arts, featuring the work of a dynamic group of local artists. Each month features new works by different member artists in mediums ranging from oil painting and sculpture to mixed-media, photography, and watercolor. While each artist differs in their own personal style, the gallery is unified along colorful and contemporary lines. Kanon embraces artistically diverse perspectives and supports innovative and experimental styles, allowing each artist to choose what they display.

Lakewood Arts Gallery

Founded in 1988, the Lakewood Arts Council is Lakewood's oldest art organization, dedicated to cultivating and celebrating community arts. We invite you to join us in enriching community life by supporting our vision to grow Lakewood into a vibrant art district and provide creative outlets for all. Memento Mori Gallery

Memento Mori Gallery is a lowbrow contemporary art gallery & private tattoo studio owned by artist Jesse Neumann. Pirate: Contemporary Art is a member-run co-operative art space dedicated to showing the latest in contemporary art.  Our goal is to display the current trends in art, focusing on showing the best of local artists. Pirate provides a place for artists to show their work and to experiment with new ideas and concepts.  It is an environment designed to foster and encourage growth and development in the artists.  As a non-profit, Pirate fills the gaps left by the commercial and public sectors to advocate issues such as art education, art activism, and the promotion of unrepresented artists.
