We are starting process in 2025, so we can complete this 5-year update in early 2026. This page will host information and links throughout the process.

January ’26: Roll-up of recommendations for this 5-year update present at WCCA
Feb-Mar ’26: Final Compilation and Design
Apr. ’26: Schedule presentation to City Council (scheduled by city staff)

5-minute interactions during our every 3rd Wednesday WCCA meetings
Homework Sections for Ambassador (everyone is welcome to participate)

Four ways to interact . . .

1. Online through a web interface (like taking a survey)
2. Response Boards on Easels at WCCA meetings (comments on Post-it Notes)
3. Live input during meetings (Strictly focused on the Homework section)
4. 30-minute roundtables after WCCA meetings (as needed)
